I HIGHLY recommend Greg if you are looking into getting approved to purchase a home. We didn't think buying a home was going to be an option for us right now being that my fiance runs his own business and tax write-offs can make it difficult to get approved when that time comes.
Bottom line is, Greg not only got us approved...but he also beat the interest rate of several other companies and also got us lower closing costs. He answered ALL my crazy questions (I am OCD and I asked a lot of them). He was able to get us into a house within 3 weeks from pre-approval to close.
I couldn't be happier and will forever send people his way. Especially if someone thinks they are unable to get approved or feels they are not getting the best financing.
